Masterdata Manager at Duroc Machine Tool

Seeking a Masterdata Manager to build a key function at one of the Nordic region's leading machine suppliers. The role involves structuring, analyzing, and quality-assuring master data primarily related to products, customers, and suppliers in business systems (SAP, PIM, CRM). The position is based mainly in Malmö with some travel to other offices and reports to the COO. The role supports the company's digital transformation and requires cooperation across departments to ensure data accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Main requirements:
- Experience with business systems, especially ERP systems with PIM/CRM integration.
- Strong skills in Excel and understanding of system integrations.
- Interest in data quality, automation, and business processes.
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Relevant education in systems science, computer engineering, or similar.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop master data in business systems such as SAP, PIM, and CRM.
- Ensure correct data placement and format.
- Perform analysis, structuring, standardization, and data cleansing.
- Coordinate data collection with marketing, sales, and suppliers.
- Participate in development projects and improve existing processes.
- Identify and drive improvements including AI support and automation.
- Contribute to the long-term digital integration strategy connecting ERP, CRM, PIM, and other platforms.
Required hard skills:
- Experience with business systems and master data management.
- ERP system knowledge, preferably SAP or similar.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Understanding of system integrations.
- Knowledge of PIM and CRM systems.
