Master Data Coordinator

As a Master Data Coordinator at Region Uppsala, you will play a key role in developing the region's logistics capabilities by ensuring quality, structure and effective management of master data within the business system. You will create, update and maintain master data, develop processes and routines to improve data quality, and collaborate internally and externally. This role offers you the opportunity to shape the role and responsibilities in a growing logistics function supporting healthcare material supply.
Main requirements:
  • Relevant post-secondary education in economics, IT, logistics or equivalent work experience
  • At least 4 years of experience working with master data and data quality
  • Good understanding of data models and database management
  • Strong ability to analyze and structure large datasets
  • Proficient in Excel and other analysis tools
  • Experience with business systems such as Dynamics 365, SAP or similar
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure master data is handled according to internal and external requirements
  • Analyze and improve master data processes in collaboration with various organizations
  • Participate in the development and implementation of system support for master data management
  • Support the organization with reporting and analyses based on master data
