Lead a specialized team managing Axis Communications' global Windows and Linux integration platforms, driving strategy, development, and operational excellence to support the company's growth and technology leadership.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of about 10 specialists through recruitment and mentorship
  • Define and drive platform strategy aligning with business objectives
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to meet current and future platform expectations
  • Develop, track, and control operational and capital forecasts annually
  • Ensure successful project delivery aligned with roadmaps and strategies
  • Translate business requirements into strategic platform and infrastructure directions
