Manager Cybersecurity Operation HVDC

Lead and support the operational Cybersecurity team at HVDC, overseeing project cybersecurity managers and security administrators to manage all cybersecurity requirements in projects, ensuring proactive response to cybersecurity trends and regulatory challenges.
Main requirements:
  • Documented experience in leading positions such as team leader and/or project management.
  • Knowledge of critical infrastructure regulations like NIS/NIS2, NERC-CIP, KRITIS.
  • Knowledge of protective security laws such as the Swedish Protective Security Act and National Security Act (UK).
  • Experience with cybersecurity and information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, IEC62443, NIST CSF.
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment and strong collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English for global operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the team in their day-to-day cybersecurity operational activities.
  • Ensure relevant involvement in all HVDC projects regarding cybersecurity.
  • Provide the team with necessary tools and applications to perform their tasks.
  • Participate in project reviews as needed.
  • Provide expert answers related to project management in cybersecurity.
  • Engage in contractual and legal discussions on cybersecurity with contract managers and legal counsel for ongoing projects.
Required hard skills:
  • Leadership and team management experience.
