Maintenance Planner with System Focus

At Laholmsbuktens VA, we create innovative and evolving water-smart solutions. We have a critical mission to supply clean drinking water to people in our owner municipalities Halmstad and Laholm. We also have the task of returning treated wastewater to nature, free from toxins and pollutants, in the most sustainable way possible. We are looking for a maintenance planner with a special focus on our maintenance system IDUS.
Main requirements:
- Technical background, preferably in operations, maintenance, or automation
- Experience in maintenance work within process or water and wastewater operations
- Strong system skills, with merit for experience in IDUS
- Structured and analytical with good communication skills across professions
- Self-driven and good team player
- Proficient in Swedish language, both spoken and written
- Valid B driver's license
Responsibilities:
- System administration focusing on the IDUS system as the local system administrator
- Ensuring machinery registers, technical documentation, and maintenance history are correct and updated
- Providing user support, conducting internal training, and managing permissions
- Producing key performance indicators and reports for maintenance follow-up and analysis
- Planning and following up on preventive and corrective maintenance efforts
- Coordinating maintenance activities in cooperation with operations staff, technicians, and suppliers
- Optimizing maintenance plans to reduce unnecessary downtime
- Documenting maintenance activities
- Planning and following up smaller technical projects such as machine replacements and improvements
- Performing simple time and resource planning and coordinating with involved parties
- Documenting projects in IDUS or other systems
- Ordering spare parts and consumables for the maintenance department
- Collaborating with procurement and warehouse to ensure critical items are available
- Following up on delivery times, costs, and handling invoices
- Maintaining article registers in IDUS
Required hard skills:
- Technical expertise in maintenance, operations, or automation
- Experience with maintenance systems, ideally IDUS
- System administration skills
- Project planning and coordination
- Procurement and material handling processes
