Linux System Administrator

We are looking for an engaged and skilled Linux system administrator who wants to work with some of Sweden's largest and most interesting Linux environments. Main requirements:
  • Completed relevant education degree
  • At least 9 years of experience in Linux system administration
  • Experience with various Linux distributions, preferably Red Hat
  • Maintenance of systems and servers
  • Scripting and programming skills
  • Knowledge of networking, firewalls, and security
  • Experience in information security and network security
  • Security preparatory work
  • Proficiency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
  • Ability to pass and be approved in security clearance as per regulations, possibly requiring specific citizenship
  • Willingness and ability to work 100% onsite in customer premises in Karlskoga, no remote work
Responsibilities:
  • Work onsite at client locations driving and developing their IT environments
  • Collaborate with teams managing environments ranging from thousands to tens of thousands of machines
  • Develop expertise in Linux areas and specialize according to personal interests
  • Represent SysPartner brand positively when interacting with clients
