We are looking for junior IT support technicians focused on first-line support in a friendly helpdesk environment in Malmö. The role requires communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a genuine interest in IT and technology. Experience in 1st line support and knowledge of Active Directory, Windows 7/10, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), troubleshooting, ticket management, and mobile devices are valued. The position involves handling customer cases via phone, chat, and email with high quality and service level in a dynamic environment. Fluent Swedish and English are required.
Main requirements:
