A social and solution-oriented IT Support Technician position for on-site support in Linköping with a consultancy assignment until September 2025.
Main requirements:
  • Previous experience in IT on-site support
  • Good knowledge of Windows environment and common IT tools
  • Ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Very good social skills – service minded, flexible and solution oriented
  • Ability to work on-site in Linköping throughout the assignment period
Responsibilities:
  • Installation, configuration and connection of workstations
  • Troubleshooting and support on-site at user locations
  • Management of IT equipment during move-in to new office premises
  • Communication with internal users and escalation to other support levels if needed
Required hard skills:
