Main requirements:
  • A few years of practical IT experience such as system administration or technical support
  • Experience with Linux or Windows Server operating systems
  • Basic understanding of networking, databases, and troubleshooting
  • Curiosity and interest in CI/CD, Kubernetes, automation, and DevOps
  • Ability to read and write simple scripts (e.g., Bash or Python)
  • Good command of Swedish language, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to development and maintenance of automated platforms
  • Manage operations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of environments
  • Participate in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and container solutions
  • Write scripts and automate repetitive tasks
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, operations teams, and external suppliers
Required hard skills:
  • IT operations experience
  • Linux server administration
  • Windows Server administration
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS)
  • Database knowledge (SQL, Oracle)
  • Scripting in Bash and Python
Recommended hard skills:
  • Knowledge of Go and Java programming languages
  • Experience with GitLab CI/CD
  • Experience using Ansible and Terraform
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, OpenShift (OKD), and Docker container platforms
  • Monitoring tools such as Prometheus and ELK

  • IT security practices including system hardening, network and hardware security
  • Incident handling and vendor/client communication
