A technically curious problem solver with experience in IT support. This role involves broad responsibilities and development across multiple areas including basic work in Linux environment. The job includes shift work.
Main requirements:
  • Experience in troubleshooting clients (Windows) and networks
  • Basic network knowledge
  • Handling of Active Directory and simple group policy adjustments
  • Basic Linux skills such as navigating the filesystem, simple troubleshooting, and restarting services
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Support and troubleshoot user issues related to computers, printers, mobile phones, networks, and other IT equipment
  • Receive, register, and follow up on cases in the case management system with focus on fast and quality service
  • Provide user support via phone, email, and remote tools in both Swedish and English
  • Handle basic configuration and troubleshooting of network devices such as switches, access points, and routers
  • Perform basic Active Directory tasks like account management and simple GPO changes
  • Assist with simple Linux environment tasks such as command line work, user management, and basic troubleshooting
