The IT department is responsible for the operation, delivery, and development of business-supporting processes and IT services in a Windows environment. The role includes 2nd/3rd line support with deep troubleshooting, IT environment development, and supporting business systems.
Main requirements:
  • Support and enhance the business system.
  • Automate and develop organizational workflows.
  • Provide IT expertise in implementing new systems.
  • Install, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows servers and clients.
  • Manage networks and firewalls.
  • Ensure security and backup.
  • Maintain datacenter and server room operations.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Handle 2nd/3rd line support tickets escalated from helpdesk with deep troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to building and developing the IT environment.
  • Support and further develop the business system.
  • Automate and optimize workflows.
  • Provide expert IT input in system implementations.
  • Install, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows servers and clients, networks, firewalls, security measures, backup systems, datacenter, server rooms, and Microsoft 365.
