Would you like to help build a new Service Desk for the nuclear power operations at our customer? Do you have a genuine interest in IT and want to contribute to a sustainable future? Then this could be your next challenge! As an IT technician in the new team, you will be a key person supporting the nuclear power operations. You will work closely with users, collaborate with knowledgeable colleagues, and be involved in shaping routines, working methods, and improvements.
Main requirements:

  • High school diploma, preferably in IT/technology.
  • Previous experience from a Red Regulated Service Desk.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Handle both standardized and more complex IT cases.
  • Analyze, diagnose, and solve problems according to ITIL processes.
  • Collaborate with other support teams and participate in projects.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and working methods.
  • Support end-users with PC, printers, networks, software, and business systems.
Required hard skills:
  • Experience with Red Regulated Service Desk.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
  • High school diploma in IT/technology.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Higher education in IT.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, SCCM, Exchange, and Windows environments.
  • Knowledge of SAP, BMC Remedy/Helix, and data administration (tickets, assets, licenses).
  • Basic understanding of networks, servers, and databases.
  • Experience with ITIL processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
