Work at Sandvikens kommun IT Office providing IT support services to various municipal operations, contributing to the digitalization and development of public sector technology infrastructure.
Main requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Service Desk/First Line Support or similar IT support role
  • Good knowledge of Windows platform and Microsoft 365
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows environment, PC hardware, peripherals, and printers
  • Experience supporting mobile devices
  • Experience with account management and access control
  • Basic knowledge of networking and hardware
  • Good documentation skills
  • Proficient in Swedish language
  • Valid driving license for manual and automatic cars
Responsibilities:
  • Provide user support via phone, email, remote control, and onsite visits
  • Troubleshoot, prioritize, and resolve issues related to PC/clients, networks, and applications
  • Account and permissions administration, software installations, and resolving communication problems
  • Ensure proper documentation of support cases
  • Adhere to incident and case management routines
  • Manage IT equipment lifecycle
  • Participate in projects and IT improvement initiatives
  • Propose and implement continuous improvements
