IT Support Technician

We are looking for a driven IT Support Technician for our client in Malmö. Join a team where you will handle IT-related issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems. You will solve user IT problems, escalate cases when necessary, follow up on case management, and document solutions to optimize the workflow. This role involves working with various services and closely with your team. We seek someone with genuine IT interest, experience in servicedesk, and strong customer service focus.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum one year of work experience within servicedesk
  • Troubleshooting in Windows environment
  • Knowledge of Active Directory/Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
  • Experience with Intune
  • Fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Handle IT-related cases via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Resolve user IT problems of varying complexity
  • Escalate cases to other workgroups when necessary
  • Follow up on case handling
  • Document solutions to improve team efficiency
