As an IT Support Technician at Experis, you will provide 2nd line end-user support, troubleshooting technical issues across various IT environments, including user permissions, operating systems, information security, and networks. Main requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in end-user support
  • Experience working with ticketing systems
  • Comprehensive knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, and information security
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
  • Very good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Provide 2nd line IT support by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Handle support requests via phone, chat, and email
  • Manage user permissions and access rights
  • Administrate and troubleshoot operating systems and network issues
  • Work independently and collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective problem resolution
  • Continuously develop technical skills and knowledge through varied assignments
