Seeking an IT Support Technician for a company in the automotive industry located north of Stockholm. The role involves working in a dynamic environment with diverse tasks within a highly valued and important position. This is a consulting assignment where you are employed by Ada Digital and outsourced to the client, starting as soon as possible.
Main requirements:
  • Previous experience in IT support
  • Positive, communicative, responsible, and cooperative

  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Experience with incident handling and permissions administration
  • Experience troubleshooting in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Responsibilities:
  • Handle IT incidents and problems via ticketing system and email
  • Resolve technical issues for employees including computers, mobiles, printers, and applications
  • Administer permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
  • Deliver IT equipment and manage meeting rooms and printers
  • Support users at various company locations as needed
  • Document technical solutions and routines
