The role involves handling a wide range of support issues, from account management to network and business system problems. The position is full-time based in Forsmark with working hours Monday to Friday, 07:15-15:45. Candidates should have technical education at high school or university level, some experience in support or customer service, knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, SCCM, and Exchange, and proficiency in Swedish and English. A driver's license and car are advantageous. The role is security classified requiring high integrity and no criminal record.
