Provide first-line technical support for Windows and macOS users, manage incidents and problems, administer Microsoft 365 services, configure Intune, oversee laptop lifecycle management, train users, and create documentation.
Main requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar IT support role
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Active Directory user management
  • Project work experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows 11 administration
  • Experience with Intune configuration and administration
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
  • Understanding of computer networks and VPN solutions
  • Fluency in English and Polish
Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line technical support for Windows and macOS users, diagnose and resolve issues
  • Manage incidents and problems, conduct root cause analysis, collaborate on solutions
  • Escalate complex issues to second-line support and external vendors
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Configure and administer Intune during implementation phase
  • Oversee laptop lifecycle management including deployment, retirement, and maintenance
  • Train users and create technical documentation
