We are looking for an IT infrastructure architect for one of our clients in the Gothenburg area. This position is for someone ready to take on the role of IT architect in a company with a high production pace. You will have excellent opportunities to develop in the architect role while working broadly with all types of IT infrastructure issues. Main requirements:
  • Several years of senior IT infrastructure experience.
  • Broad and deep experience with Windows operations, support, client management, network administration and security, and surrounding IT systems in a critical IT environment.
  • Relevant education from work experience or higher education in related fields.
  • Experience driving and working operationally and strategically in various development and implementation projects.
  • Ability to challenge existing structures and facilitate necessary changes collaboratively.
  • Strong personal responsibility for learning and development to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
Responsibilities:
  • Belong to IT support and IT operations functions within the company.
  • Work with technical solutions and systems, such as Windows Server and client, IT security, network products, backup solutions, restore and disaster recovery, surrounding IT systems, maintenance and development.
  • Operate in a versatile role engaging in both operational IT management and strategic issues.
  • Serve as a bridge between different IT function parts and users.
  • Work continuously with various IT infrastructure projects covering both new and existing IT solutions and systems.
  • Handle design and planning, act as advisor, work with implementations, setups and ongoing updates.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in IT both in Sweden and abroad.
