IT Consultant in Support and Operations to Government Agency

We are looking for solution-oriented and service-minded IT consultants with experience in support and operations to work at one of our government agency clients. Roles vary over time between infrastructure-focused operations technicians and user support technicians handling incidents. You will work in an important societal role, contributing to a stable and secure IT environment, with continuous opportunities for professional growth within Centric.
Main requirements:
  • At least one year of documented experience working in Windows environments, Active Directory, and Office 365
  • Experience in IT support and/or IT operations, preferably within public sector
  • Experience in client management and troubleshooting
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting and incident management within IT support
  • Operations and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Installation, configuration, and upgrade of software and hardware
  • Handling user accounts and permissions
  • Documentation of processes and solutions
