Seeking solution-oriented and service-focused IT consultants with experience in support and operations for various roles at a government agency. Responsibilities include IT-support and/or operations ensuring a stable and secure IT environment. Possibility to work in different IT support and operations roles depending on customer needs. Main requirements:
- At least one year documented experience in Windows environments, Active Directory and Office 365
- Experience in IT support and/or IT operations, preferably within public sector
- Experience in client management and troubleshooting
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and incident management within IT support
- Operations and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure
- Installation, configuration and upgrading of software and hardware
- Management of user accounts and permissions
- Documentation of processes and solutions
Required hard skills:
- Windows environment management
- Active Directory

- Client management and troubleshooting
