IT Consultant in Support and Operations for a Government Agency

We are looking for solution-oriented and service-minded IT consultants with experience in support and operations for a government agency. The role involves varying needs over time, including both infrastructure-focused operations technicians and user support and incident handling technicians. Main requirements:
  • At least one year of documented experience in Windows environments, Active Directory, and Office 365
  • Experience in IT support and/or IT operations, preferably within the public sector
  • Experience with client management and troubleshooting
  • Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting and incident handling in IT support
  • Operation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Installation, configuration, and upgrading of software and hardware
  • Management of user accounts and permissions
  • Documentation of processes and solutions
