As an IT Business Developer at the Swedish Defence Conscription and Assessment Agency, you will identify, analyze, and drive development initiatives to create value for both the agency and its users. You will collaborate closely with all departments to develop the right digital solutions, working within a complex IT infrastructure supporting Sweden's total defence.
Main requirements:
  • University or college education in IT or equivalent work experience
  • At least three years of experience working within IT
  • Experience in systematic development work across various business units
  • Knowledge of IT technology and system development
  • Understanding of IT and digitalization models
  • Good verbal and written skills in Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
  • Identify business needs and implement digital solutions in collaboration with the business units
  • Develop and deliver business analyses, development plans, process mappings, and requirement specifications
  • Lead change management processes
  • Communicate, lead, and inspire to enhance the agency’s digital capabilities
  • Conduct environmental scanning within the agency’s operational areas regarding IT
