- At least 10 years of architectural experience (Domain, IT, Solution, or System Architect)
- Experience with major IT modernization and transformation projects in complex IT environments with cloud solutions
- Experience with Azure PaaS, API Management, Kafka, Hybrid Integration, Databricks, Dynamics, Microservices architecture, Zero Trust, IAM
- Good understanding of information and data architecture
- Experience creating decision support, communicating and maintaining target architectures and IT roadmaps
- Experience applying methods and frameworks (e.g., SAFe, TOGAF) and architecture tools (Visio, Sparx Enterprise Architect)
- Experience working with agile methods and iterative deliveries
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both oral and written
Responsibilities:
- Drive co-creation and anchoring of the future IT landscape in close cooperation with IT and business
- Facilitate IT solutions within and between delivery areas including analyses, investigations, and decision support related to data, analytics, infrastructure, and integration
- Lead architecture and design efforts, analyze technical choices, guide initiatives, and develop architectural designs aligned with principles, target architecture, and standards
- Communicate and visualize architectural transitions in roadmaps
- Monitor and lead architectural evaluations of new technologies, tools, and concepts with relevant groups and teams
- Ensure architecture is updated and cohesive together with other architects and business representatives
- Participate in developing common architecture methods and tools
