  • At least 10 years of experience in architecture roles such as Domain Architect, IT Architect, Solution Architect, or System Architect
  • Experience in large IT modernization and transformation projects in complex IT environments with cloud solutions, preferably in transaction-heavy and security-classified operations
  • Experience with Azure PaaS, API Management, Kafka, Hybrid Integrations, Databricks, Dynamics, Microservices architecture, Zero Trust, IAM
  • Good understanding of information and data architecture
  • Experience developing decision support, target architectures, and IT roadmaps
  • Experience applying methods and frameworks (e.g., SAFe, TOGAF) and architecture tools (e.g., Visio, Sparx Enterprise Architect)
  • Experience working with agile methods and iterative deliveries
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
  • Drive co-creation and anchoring of future IT landscape in close collaboration with IT and business
  • Facilitate IT solutions within and across delivery areas, conduct analyses and develop decision support focusing on data, analytics, infrastructure, and integration
  • Lead architecture and design work, analyze technical choices, guide initiatives, and develop designs following architecture principles, target architecture, and standards
  • Communicate and visualize architectural progress in roadmaps
  • Monitor and lead architectural evaluations of new technologies, tools, and concepts alongside relevant groups/teams
  • Ensure architecture is updated and coherent together with other architects and the business
  • Participate in further development of common architecture methods and tools
