Seeking an IT Application Specialist to contribute to an effective, secure, and user-friendly digital environment in the municipality. The role includes managing and developing IT solutions with a focus on Microsoft 365 and device/application management, providing technical configuration and user support, and ensuring digital tools meet business needs.
Main requirements:
  • Higher education in IT or equivalent work experience
  • Documented experience with Microsoft 365 and its tools
  • Experience in needs analysis and user-centered development
  • Knowledge and practical experience with client and application management tools
  • Good understanding of IT management and structure
  • Experience in documenting processes and technical solutions
  • Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Possession of a B driving license
Responsibilities:
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Provide specialist support within Microsoft 365
  • Maintain, develop, and document applications
  • Test and quality assure setups in management and development
  • Configure templates and components for the digital workplace
  • Investigate and resolve incidents in collaboration with support and operations
  • Participate in device and application management work
