IT Administrator for Health, Care and Welfare Administration

As an IT Administrator, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of digital tools in daily work within the health and care sector. You will act as an important link between technology, staff, and user support, combining technical expertise with a service-oriented approach in a socially important organization.
Main requirements:
- Post-secondary education focusing on IT
- Experience working with IT support or system administration (e.g., digital signing, digital equipment)
- Good computer skills and experience using computers as primary work tools
- Proficient in using Excel for tasks such as statistics
- Ability to manage and maintain IT systems
- Ability to ride a bicycle
Responsibilities:
- Manage unit's digital tools and systems such as LMO (digital work schedules), E-locks, MCSS (digital signing)
- Introduce systems to new employees and provide user support
- Ongoing administration of systems and associated digital equipment
- Collaborate with other IT administrators on operational issues and related networks
- Participate in implementing new digital systems
- Prepare statistics and documentation for cost distribution
- Maintain inventory registers and monitor developments in digitalization
- Coordinate with other parts of the administration and act as the unit's contact person towards IT Department and Alarm Center
Required hard skills:
- IT system administration and support
- Proficiency with Excel
- Experience with digital signing systems and digital equipment
- Computer literacy
