Join the E-Health Agency's security team as an Information Security Coordinator (CISO) to lead and develop systematic information security work, ensuring digital services supporting healthcare are protected and compliant. This role involves strategic planning, coordination, risk management, and training within a growing government agency focused on digital health infrastructure.
Main requirements:
- Relevant higher education or equivalent experience.
- At least ten years of experience in information security within public sector (state, regional or municipal).
- Experience in analyzing, revising, and implementing systematic information security work.
- Experience in continuity planning for digital services and operations.
- Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coordinate, monitor, and develop the agency's information security work.
- Develop internal regulations, methods, and processes based on legal requirements and ensure compliance.
- Identify and assess threat landscapes and translate them into internal requirements and operational risks.
- Initiate risk assessments to identify and manage threats and vulnerabilities.
- Plan and conduct target group-adapted training, workshops, or other communications regarding information security.
- Support management and staff in information security assessments.
- Handle arising information security incidents.
- Monitor and follow developments in the information security field.
Required hard skills:
