IAM & Security Engineer

We are looking for an experienced IAM & Security Engineer with deep knowledge in identity and security, especially within Microsoft security services, to help secure future IT environments at Accelerate at Iver. This role involves implementing and managing identity and access management solutions in Microsoft cloud environments while working with a value-driven, innovative team that promotes continuous development.
Main requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity
- At least 2 years of experience in cloud security
- Post-secondary education within IT such as university or vocational higher education
- Experience with IAM and Microsoft security services
- Understanding of security principles in hybrid IT environments
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage solutions within Microsoft Entra ID
- Work with Entra suite components including Entra ID Governance, Entra Permissions Management, Conditional Access, and Identity Protection
- Design and maintain access structures in both on-premises and cloud environments
- Contribute to troubleshooting and incident management related to IAM
Required hard skills:
- Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID Governance
- Experience with Entra Permissions Management
- Conditional Access and Identity Protection knowledge
- Understanding of hybrid IT environment security
Recommended hard skills:
- Certifications in Microsoft Security, Azure, Entra, or IAM
- Experience with authentication solutions (FIDO2, smart cards, MFA)
- Automation and scripting skills (PowerShell, Python)
- API integrations
