Manage and improve IAM processes and work operationally with IT security issues at Unionen, Sweden's largest trade union for private sector white-collar workers.
Main requirements:
  • Experience from a similar role responsible for IAM processes.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Defender, EntraID, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager is meritorious.
  • Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to independently manage tasks with quality and ownership.
  • Strong initiative and drive to create order and structure within IAM.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage IAM processes and ensure order and structure in the area.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities.
  • Create and maintain documentation and process descriptions for traceability and effective auditing.
  • Collaborate with management leaders to secure appropriate processes for various systems.
  • Identify and address security shortcomings in cooperation with IT security manager, solution architects, and other IT operations.
