Responsibilities:
- Provide support to users of Tempus software ensuring smooth usage.
- Work closely with users to assist with the service.
- Gain insight into Tempus's product development and how the service interacts with user needs.
- Collaborate with experienced consultants and team members.
- Perform support tasks remotely via computer with flexible hours adjusted to studies.
