Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to users of Tempus software ensuring smooth usage.
  • Work closely with users to assist with the service.
  • Gain insight into Tempus's product development and how the service interacts with user needs.
  • Collaborate with experienced consultants and team members.
  • Perform support tasks remotely via computer with flexible hours adjusted to studies.
