This is a temporary full-time helpdesk support role at Skogsstyrelsen in Jönköping, covering a workload peak during autumn 2025. The position involves close collaboration with colleagues and supporting IT operations including hardware handling and customer service tasks.
Main requirements:
  • Education: High school or post-secondary education focused on IT
  • At least 1 year relevant experience in similar role
  • Good knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, communication and information security
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with ticketing/issue tracking systems
  • Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English for internal and external communication
Responsibilities:
  • Changing and decommissioning monitors
  • Shipping hardware to Skogsstyrelsen offices nationwide
  • Replacing PCs including tasks like unpacking, packing, F12+BIOS installations
  • Handling simple technical customer service cases
