Lead the Data & Analytics function at Voyado, driving the data strategy to support product, commercial, and customer success teams with actionable insights, managing data lifecycle, team growth, and promoting data literacy across the company.
Main requirements:
  • Proven experience building and scaling data and analytics teams
  • Experience working in fast-paced, product-led environments
  • Strong technical expertise with modern data platforms and tools (Databricks, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Ability to translate business goals into actionable insights
  • Leadership skills to guide, coach, and scale a team
  • Experience with data quality, governance, and compliance
  • Strategic partnership with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Commercial)
Responsibilities:
  • Lead, evolve, and operationalize Voyado’s data & analytics strategy
  • Act as strategic partner to Product, Tech, and Commercial teams
  • Own full data lifecycle: data modeling, collection, architecture, visualization, storytelling
  • Guide and coach a team including BI Developers, BI Architects, Data Analysts, and Engineers
  • Drive initiatives such as AI-powered insights, customer behavior modeling, predictive analytics
  • Promote modern tools and improve ways of working across teams
  • Champion a culture of data literacy and empower non-technical teams
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance during scaling
