Main requirements:
  • Several years of electronic system development experience
  • Good knowledge of Embedded Software development in vehicles
  • Experience and understanding of agile development
  • Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • Several years of leadership experience
  • Previous experience in development of electrical systems, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Vehicle dynamics background is a merit
Responsibilities:
  • Identify customer needs and prioritize development activities
  • Guide and coach the team to deliver high-quality vehicle motion functions
  • Lead the Motion Coordination group within Vehicle Motion Management
  • Support co-workers in solving tough problems and embracing change
