Main requirements:
  • Experience writing clean code using AI tools like Cursor or Windsurf
  • Approximately 5 years of fullstack development experience
  • Proficient in writing testable and scalable code with React, TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js
  • Experience with backend languages and platforms such as Node.js, Go, or Java
  • Understanding of the value and process of code reviews in software development
  • Good understanding and experience designing and developing APIs
  • Experience working in agile teams
  • Experience with cloud solutions like AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
  • Comfortable conducting deep technical discussions in Swedish and English
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish
Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality software solutions utilizing AI tools
  • Collaborate within an AI developer team sharing ownership and responsibility
  • Contribute expertise in backend development, cloud solutions, database migrations, frontend development, or dev-ops
