Main requirements:
- Previous experience as a fiber technician
- Valid B driver's license
- Clear background check including criminal record
Responsibilities:
- Install fiber optic networks
- Fiber splicing and cable jointing
- Measurement and fault detection of fiber networks
- Documentation of completed work
Required hard skills:
- Fiber network installation
- Fiber splicing and cable jointing
- Network measurement and troubleshooting
- Work documentation
Recommended hard skills:
- Certification for Robust Fiber installation and/or CRT
- Road Work 1-3 certification
- BE driver's license (trailer)
Soft skills:
- Meticulous and responsible
- Ability to work independently
- Team player with good cooperation skills
- Ability to professionally represent the company to clients
Natural languages:
- Swedish (Proficient)
- English (Working knowledge)
Cultural skills:
- Adaptability to varied indoor and outdoor work environments
- Willingness to travel within region or to other locations
