We at Camai are looking for an experienced and committed consultant who can lead our work within Open Source focusing on OpenShift and container technology. We already have a management plan and a clear way forward – now we need a specialist who can implement the plans in practice and elevate both the platform and the team to the next level.
Main requirements:
- Deep expertise and extensive experience in OpenShift/container technology (level 5)
- Ability to communicate technical knowledge clearly and pedagogically, both orally and in writing
- Experience driving and participating in management work, preferably according to the PM3 model (advantageous)
- Experience leading and conducting training sessions (advantageous)
- Willingness to contribute to a strong team and create long-term sustainable results
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for setting up and further developing the platform in a sustainable and correct way
- Actively work with competence transfer to the team, both verbally and in writing
- Collaborate with others and systematically share knowledge
