Join Trafikverket as a senior system developer where you will lead a competent team to build IT solutions that meet today's needs and create the future transport system. This role involves leading development from architecture and design to technical decisions and strategy, acting as a bridge between IT and the business, and driving agile working methods with innovation and stable IT solutions.
Main requirements:
  • Higher education in IT-related field (minimum 180 ECTS credits) such as system science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive and current professional experience in the full system development lifecycle including requirements, design, programming, testing, and deployment (generally 8+ years for senior level).
  • Extensive programming experience on the Microsoft platform using C#, .NET, and SQL.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the development team in architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Act as a bridge between architects and the development team.
  • Coach and mentor experienced developers.
  • Work on both new development and IT solution maintenance.
  • Contribute to high delivery capability creating value for users and train passengers.
  • Promote agile working methods and foster collaboration and innovation.
Required hard skills:
  • Fullstack development experience.
  • Technical decision making and strategic planning.
  • Programming with C#, .NET, SQL.
  • System design and architecture understanding.
  • Experience working in complex IT environments.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience in a technical lead role such as Lead Developer.
