We are looking for an ERP Project Manager who will lead projects primarily focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (F&SCM). This role involves close collaboration with project teams and customers to build trust and ensure progress, order, and clear communication. The Project Manager has overall responsibility for the project's progress, follow-up, and results, supported by stream leaders and solution architects. The role will initially focus on implementation projects with ongoing work in change projects and continuous improvements. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years’ experience in an ERP project management role, a coaching leadership style, strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, and a structured, process-oriented mindset. Familiarity with agile project methodologies and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM or related ERP systems is advantageous. The position is full-time, flexible office hours, based at one of several Swedish offices with travel required.
