ERP Consultant - Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Specialist

Seeking an experienced specialist in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations focusing on finance and logistics. The role requires physical presence on-site most of the week and involves overall responsibility as system owner for the ERP environment. Central in developing, managing, and optimizing the business system with special focus on Dynamics 365 F&O and related solutions, collaborating closely with other experts and key business stakeholders.
Main requirements:
- Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
- Documented experience developing and implementing business-oriented IT support.
- Multiple years experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in complex IT environments.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft ecosystem including PowerApps, Power Automate (Flow), Teams, and Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Experience in system administration and leading administration groups.
- Ability to lead superusers in training, testing, and further development of the system.
- Experience driving smaller development projects and change management.
- Experience working with stakeholders from various parts of the organization.
- Experience from manufacturing businesses with strong understanding of finance, logistics, and sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Support and develop business processes connected to the ERP system.
- Lead and coordinate administration work together with superusers and business representatives.
- Initiate and drive improvement and change projects as well as coordinate integrations with other systems.
- Act as client representative for external suppliers and follow up deliveries.
- Ensure quality in new implementations, updates, and system changes.
- Function as advisor and trainer in system functionality and process flows.
