Centric Professionals AB in Östersund is seeking several knowledgeable and committed support technicians for a servicedesk role. This is a full-time, ongoing position with opportunities for career growth and support in housing if you do not reside in Östersund. As a consultant at Centric, you will gain valuable work experience and have development support from a consultant manager.
Main requirements:
  • Completed an IT orientation at upper secondary school
  • Strong technical knowledge and high service orientation
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level support to users via phone and/or email with IT-related issues
  • Manage accounts in Active Directory
  • Administer Microsoft Office 365
  • Troubleshoot Windows environments and customer-specific applications
  • Provide support via phone, email, and remote control
  • Record incidents in a ticketing system
Required hard skills:
  • Technical knowledge of Active Directory
  • Administration of Microsoft Office 365
  • Working knowledge of Windows environment
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience or internship in similar IT support tasks
  • Experience handling phone support
  • Knowledge of Citrix
