At GlobalConnect, we are seeking an Enterprise Architect to simplify complex IT landscapes and help shape the future of our pan-Nordic tech company. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to consolidate systems, support mergers and acquisitions, and build scalable, future-ready IT architecture. You'll support multiple business domains with architectural direction, roadmap planning, and solution design within a collaborative team environment.
Main requirements:
  • Solid experience as an IT Architect or Enterprise Architect role with broad stakeholder responsibility
  • Experience with IT transformation projects such as system consolidation, cloud migration, or integration post-mergers and acquisitions
  • Proven ability to support end-to-end solutions working across domains in collaboration with development and delivery teams
  • Technical understanding of system architecture and integration, including business support systems like CRM and billing platforms
  • Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or TMF
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain architecture, roadmaps and plans for different domain areas (e.g., sales & marketing, technology)
  • Deliver scalable and robust IT solutions addressing requirements and problems across multiple domains
  • Support and drive end-to-end solutions within IT projects from inception to completion
  • Interface with business stakeholders to understand and translate needs into scalable IT solutions
  • Create and present technical drawings and plans to architects, enterprise teams, and business units
  • Drive decommissioning of outdated systems while ensuring ongoing operations remain unaffected
