Main requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar
  • Embedded software programming in C/C++ (bare metal programming)
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
  • Interest in how hardware circuits such as microcontrollers and sensors work and interact with software
  • Basic understanding of real-time systems
Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement embedded software for next-generation simulator systems
  • Participate in software development process from design to testing
  • Collaborate with software, application, and test engineers
  • Integrate both commercial off-the-shelf and in-house developed software and hardware components
  • Contribute to improvements in working methods
Required hard skills:
  • Embedded software programming in C and C++
  • Knowledge of hardware circuits including microcontrollers and sensors
  • Understanding of real-time systems
Recommended hard skills:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an embedded software developer
