Electrical Design Engineers

The Electrical Design Engineer will support electrical design by performing detailed designs based on specifications and inputs. Responsibilities include design, drafting, and documentation of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems. The engineer will provide support to lead engineers for electrical power distribution, cooling, and grounding systems, prepare specifications for installation of electrical I&C systems and components, design cable raceways and cable routing, and support suppliers, contractors, and technicians during installation.
Main requirements:
- Engineering degree in a relevant field
- Experience using AVEVA E3D, AVEVA Marine, AVEVA PDMS, and/or EPLAN Electric P8
- Good knowledge of applicable standards for machinery equipment and electrical installations
- Experience in electrical design from a relevant sector
- Excellent oral and written English skills
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed electrical design based on specifications
- Design, draft, and document electrical, instrumentation, and control systems
- Support design lead engineers for electrical power distribution, cooling, and grounding systems
- Prepare specifications for installation of electrical I&C systems and components
- Design cable raceways and cable routing
- Support suppliers, contractors, and technicians during installation
Required hard skills:
- Electrical design
- Use of AVEVA E3D, AVEVA Marine, AVEVA PDMS, and/or EPLAN Electric P8
- Knowledge of machinery and electrical installation standards
- Specification preparation for electrical I&C systems
Recommended hard skills:
- Experience in process instrumentation design and selection
- Experience working in an international environment
Soft skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
