Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience with end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM and/or CE implementations.
  • Experienced in facilitating workshops and requirements gathering.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in successful Dynamics 365 implementations and developments.
  • Work in roles including functional consultant, solution architect, technical solution architect, developer, project manager, or finance-related positions.
  • Collaborate within project, maintenance, and sales roles as needed.
Required hard skills:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM implementations.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
  • Workshop facilitation and requirements gathering.
  • Fluent Swedish and English language skills.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience with multiple Dynamics 365 modules, preferably production.
  • Experience with Dynamics CE apps like Field Service or Customer Insight.
  • Knowledge of agile principles and Azure DevOps.
  • Skills in Power Platform and/or Azure.
Soft skills:
  • Drive and engagement.
