As a project manager at Sopra Steria, you play a crucial role in delivering to clients. You will operate at the intersection of IT and business, using your ability to lead, inspire, and motivate your team towards autonomy and collaboration. Projects vary in size and character, involving colleagues from across Sopra Steria nationally as well as client personnel.
Main requirements:
  • 7+ years of project management experience in digitalization
  • Proven ability to drive technical deliveries and implementation projects on client sites
  • Experience conducting follow-ups and reporting according to agreed processes
  • Strong business acumen enabling participation in client business development
  • Relevant higher education (university or college degree)
  • Excellent Swedish and English language skills
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage digitalization projects across different scales and types
  • Collaborate with colleagues nationally and with client staff
  • Motivate and guide team members towards self-management and cooperation
  • Manage relationships with customers, stakeholders, and ordering parties in complex environments
  • Ensure follow-up and reporting according to established processes
