Main requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in DevOps or related roles
  • Experience with Kubernetes for orchestration and scalability
  • Proficiency managing Windows and Linux environments
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms Azure and AWS
  • Expertise with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
  • Strong automation skills using Python, Bash, or PowerShell
  • Knowledge of networking, DNS, Active Directory, certificates, and security best practices
  • Experience with both relational (SQL Server) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Grafana and Prometheus
  • Understanding of message brokers such as RabbitMQ or ServiceBus (advantageous)
  • Passionate about DevOps culture, automation, and developer experience
  • Enjoys knowledge sharing and experimentation
Responsibilities:
  • Design, maintain, and scale hybrid cloud infrastructures
  • Champion Infrastructure as Code and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment using Ansible and Terraform
  • Operate and enhance Kubernetes clusters for workload management and scalability
  • Develop tools to boost developer productivity and support self-service deployments
  • Work closely with development teams to automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes
  • Contribute to disaster recovery planning and high availability strategy development
