Lead and drive technical development and digital transformation within the Elderly, Health and Social Care administration of Gothenburg City, focusing on robust IT infrastructure, system architecture, and advanced digital solutions to enhance societal services.
Main requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, systems science, or equivalent technical education
- Minimum of 4 years experience working with complex IT infrastructure, network design, server environments, and business-related technical solutions
- Proven experience in requirements specification, supplier management, and system integration in large technical environments
- Excellent ability to analyze technical needs and translate them into practical, scalable solutions
- Fluent in Swedish both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Define, specify, and quality assure robust and future-proof IT infrastructure solutions for critical operational environments
- Lead development of business-oriented digital solutions such as safety technology, IoT, smart buildings, and advanced communication systems
- Set requirements on performance, network architecture, security, and redundancy for internal and external IT deliveries
- Monitor and evaluate technical trends and new technologies for introduction into a complex, integrated system environment
- Collaborate closely with operations, business units, and external partners to ensure high technical quality, stability, and operational reliability
