The developer role is located in the unit for information security, data protection, and public information, which is part of the information area at the Group Office's staff. The unit currently consists of about 14 employees working with information security, data protection, and public information. The work is conducted region-wide at a tactical/strategic level and supports the group management and administrations in systematic information management work.
Main requirements:
- University or college education in a relevant field.
- Relevant experience in information security or data protection, risk management, and compliance.
- Experience in leading, developing, and implementing processes and projects.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and develop Region Skåne's systematic work with information at the system level.
- Conduct analyses and propose measures related to information security and data protection.
- Develop governing documents within the area of responsibility.
- Maintain and further develop Region Skåne's management system for information security and data protection.
- Identify organizational needs and challenges related to data protection and information security.
- Guide, develop, and influence data protection and information security work across Region Skåne.
- Monitor systematic work and continuously adapt protection measures based on organizational needs and risks.
- Contribute expert knowledge internally and through collaboration with other authorities and organizations.
- Lead meetings to achieve regional goals in information security and data protection.

- Swedish language proficiency (oral and written)
Recommended hard skills:
- Experience working according to ISO 27000 series or ISO 9000 series standards
- Experience from public sector work
- Certifications such as CIPP, CISSP, CISM, or CISA
