Tripnet, a Gothenburg-based IT operations company with its own data centers, seeks a Delivery and Change Manager. The role involves coordinating work when acquiring new business or changing existing customer systems. Responsibilities include planning, communication, follow-up, and quality assurance to create security for customers and colleagues. The candidate collaborates closely with sales, finance, system engineers, and the operations team, and participates in customer management and internal changes including a major upcoming system replacement. Main requirements:
- Several years of experience in coordination, administration, and/or light project management
- Very good Swedish and English language skills, both oral and written
- Basic technical understanding
- Good economic understanding
- Proficiency with computers, especially Microsoft 365
- Ability to read and understand contracts
Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead deployments of new customers
- Coordinate major changes in existing customer systems
- Quality assure according to change process
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
- Assist with requirements, testing, and validation of new functions in the pre-billing system
- Responsible for documentation and follow-up of change work and related processes
- Participate in customer management and build long-term relationships
- Coordinate and lead major internal changes
Required hard skills:
